Telaco Notary Services was founded by Tekeya Cooper, a commissioned Maryland Notary Public dedicated to delivering reliable, professional, and convenient notarial services across the state of Maryland. As a public official, Tekeya upholds the highest standards of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality in every transaction.

Tekeya is a Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor affiliated with the Maryland Land Title Association and is certified by the National Notary Association (NNA), ensuring knowledgeable and compliant service for a wide range of notarial needs.

At Telaco Notary Services, our mission is to make the notarization process simple, secure, and accessible for individuals, families, and businesses. We understand that important documents often require prompt attention, which is why we offer flexible mobile notary services. Traveling to your home, office, hospital, or another convenient location.

Telaco Notary Services proudly serves clients throughout Maryland, with a primary focus on Prince George’s County, Montgomery County, Howard County, and Anne Arundel County. We frequently serve cities and surrounding communities including Silver Spring, Laurel, Bowie, Greenbelt, College Park, Hyattsville, Upper Marlboro, Columbia, and Annapolis.

Mobile notary services are available at homes, offices, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other mutually agreed-upon locations. Travel fees may vary based on distance and appointment time.

In addition to traditional notarizations, we also provide Remote Online Notary (RON) services, allowing clients to complete secure notarizations from virtually anywhere.
